Oahe Downstream OHV Area is a large off-road park with trails that are open to UTVs, ATVs, and dirt bikes. You won’t find any designated trails but the boundary is marked. There is plenty of room for exploring and the terrain is hilly grasslands. There is no fee to ride but overnight parking/camping is not allowed. Campgrounds are close but there is no direct access.
